Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join the Machining team. The role focuses on operating CNC mills and lathes to meet exacting customer specifications with efficient, high-quality output.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package. ESOP eligibility and a strong emphasis on precision and safety are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Must be able to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret Geometric Tolerance diagrams and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce parts as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and document quality checks.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
