Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role requires operating CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per blueprints, with a focus on precision and efficiency in a well-equipped shop.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in machining or manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurate interpretation of Geometric Tolerance (GD&T).
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses, lathes and mills.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items per specifications.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 industry regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
