Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role involves operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precise parts, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality per ISO standards.

We value efficiency, accuracy, and meeting customer specifications in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment. This full-time position offers a 7am-3:30pm schedule, OT opportunities, and a strong benefits package including ESOP and a supportive, air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality per specs.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment.
