WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precise parts, reading blueprints and performing measurements to ensure quality.

The role operates Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm in a fully employee-owned environment with an ESOP, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of related machining experience.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 7am–3:30pm.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance accurately.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet specifications.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
