Qualifications

• Education minimum: High School Diploma or GED; technical CNC schooling preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with G-code is a plus.
• Ability to stand ~75% of shift, lift up to 50 lbs, work in loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and vertical machining centers to create high‑tolerance parts.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints for radiuses, angles, and tangent points.
• Troubleshoot using manuals and diagnostic skills.
• Perform light maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with plant team and support shop projects.
