Memco Inc is seeking a Machine Operator/Programmer to design, set up, and run precision CNC machining on custom components up to 40 feet long. You will program with Mastercam, operate Fanuc-controlled machines, and verify tolerances on first pieces.

The role offers a four-day workweek, relocation support, performance bonuses, and comprehensive PTO. A strong background in blueprint interpretation and quality conformance is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum experience in CNC manufacturing and programming.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Direct experience programming with Mastercam and operating Fanuc-controlled machines.
• Strong reading of blueprints, drawings, and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery using Fanuc controls and Mastercam.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD models to generate accurate toolpaths for large parts.
• Execute setups and machining operations for components up to 40 feet long.
• Perform first-piece inspections and optimize speeds, feeds, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot programming and shop-floor issues to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with management to improve workflows and reduce cycle times.
