Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience operating, setting up, or programming CNC machines.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specs.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds, speeds, and material properties.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and perform setup and programming as required.
- Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers to verify size and tolerance.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools.
- Assist in other areas and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Support quality and continuous improvement goals.
