Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Michigan is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills, perform setups, and edit programs at the machine to meet print specifications.

You will read drawings and GD&T, inspect parts with precision tools, and troubleshoot issues to keep jobs running smoothly. Hours are 45–55 per week with optional second shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience performing setups and machine adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to print.
• Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and adjustments.
• Make edits and adjustments to existing CNC programs as needed.
