Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• CNC Programming experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and milling machines to produce high-quality parts and materials
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment and tools, and ensure their optimal working condition
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and overall product quality
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Train junior machinists and operators, imparting valuable skills and knowledge

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and mill operation. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our products and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.
