MRA-The Management Association in Menomonee Falls seeks a CNC Machinist for 1st Shift. The ideal candidate will program, set up, and operate CNC machinery, ensuring high precision in their work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
• Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures and optimize machining setups.
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects.

Our machinists work with advanced equipment including 3, 4 & 5‑axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and Wire EDM in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
