Job summary

Accelera is seeking skilled machinists for 1st and 2nd shifts for lathe, milling, and horizontal boring bar operations in Wisconsin. 1st shift runs Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; 2nd shift runs Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:00 AM with a $5.00 per hour differential.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour in a climate-controlled environment. Required are a two-year Machine Tool program, blueprint interpretation, material identification, and precision measurement skills.

Qualifications

• Two-yearMachine Tool program required.

Job description

We are currently seeking skilled machinists to join our team for 1st and 2nd shift operations, specifically focusing on lathe, milling, and horizontal boring bar equipment.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, which includes an additional $5.00 per hour shift differential.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year Machine Tool program is mandatory.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints.
• Ability to accurately identify various materials.
• Competence in utilizing and interpreting precision measurement and gaging tools.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members or operate autonomously to ensure project success.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Two to five years of experience in a job shop environment is preferred, though we are open to training qualified individuals.
