Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. in Springdale, AR, is hiring an experienced production operator to join our metal fabrication plant. You will work with CNC/automated equipment, read shop drawings, use measuring tools, and follow safety and quality procedures to produce and inspect parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years operating CNC/automated production equipment.
• Ability to use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers).
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory counts.
• Experience operating hoists, cranes and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/automated production equipment following setup/work instructions.
• Inspect and measure parts to match fabrication drawings and specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document records accurately.
• Cross-train on multiple production tasks and support maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety, environmental, process and quality controls.
