Central States Manufacturing, Inc. in Springdale, AR, is seeking a dedicated production operator to join our metal fabrication team.

You will operate CNC/automated equipment, follow established procedures, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality and on-time delivery. The role requires a High School diploma and 2 years of related experience, plus proficiency with measuring tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC/ automated production equipment experience.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, rulers, protractors, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory counts.
• Experience operating hoists, cranes and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and PPE, uphold quality controls.
• Follow setup instructions in the Operations System.
• Report machinery issues to Maintenance promptly.
• Clean and reset the work area at end of shift.
• Update records and visual tracking accurately.
• Cross-train and work at multiple production positions as needed.
• Identify and inspect raw materials; tag nonconforming parts.
• Operate complex equipment; set up tooling and consumables.
• Interpret engineering drawings to produce parts.
• Inspect subassemblies for conformance.
• Use measuring tools for quality inspections.
• Lift or move materials using hoists, cranes, forklifts.
