SRC Automotive, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Operator in Springfield, MO to operate machine shop equipment and an assembly line to produce parts to specification. This role requires setting up machines, performing offsets, and inspecting outputs with CMM data, contributing to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience on a manufacturing paced assembly line preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and unit conversions (metric/SAE).
• Proficient with hand, air, and power tools; good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer literacy to access work processes and Bills of Materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, presses, drill presses, and CMM to produce parts to spec.
• Set up equipment, adjust offsets, maintain tooling, and modify equipment as needed.
• Inspect output visually and measure with CMM data to verify tolerances.
• Review CNC adjustments from CMM reports and refine as necessary.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and contribute to continuous improvement.
