SRC Automotive, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Machine Operator for the Springfield, MO area. This 1st shift role runs 5am to 3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

• Prior experience operating close tolerance machines such as lathes, drills, grinders and related equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and read/interpret measurements.
• Proficient with hand, air, and power tools and basic shop safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, or drill presses to produce parts to required tolerances.
• Inspect final parts visually and with basic gauging methods.
• Set up equipment, resolve basic machine issues, and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
