Job summary

Twin City Die Castings, Inc. is seeking Production Operators to support safe and efficient operation of production equipment and to help produce high-quality products for customers.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing inspections, taking measurements, and maintaining records. No prior manufacturing experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work the assigned schedule
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manual and/or automated production equipment per procedures and work instructions
• Load, position, secure, and remove materials from production equipment
• Monitor processes to identify quality issues or abnormalities and notify supervision
• Visually inspect finished products for defects and verify conformance to requirements
• Use basic measuring tools to verify product dimensions and specifications
• Perform manual production tasks such as trimming, finishing, deburring, cleaning, assembling, or packaging
• Maintain a continuous flow of product through the production process
• Record production information, work time, and quality checks accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures
