Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years CNC operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines and load/position materials.
• Maintains machine optics: tape shots, lens cleaning, nozzle cleaning.
• Label finished parts and deliver to designated areas.
• Monitor laser operation and report any errors to supervisor.
• Use micrometers, calipers and tape measures for quality checks.
• De-burr and clean parts; maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Keep quality, productivity and safety records up to date.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and support others as needed.
• Comply with Daifuku QMS policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
