Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years CNC operating experience & troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CNC laser-cutting operations.
• Ability to read a tape measure and micrometer.
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines; load raw material and maintain focal point, feed rate, power and other parameters.
• Maintain machine optics by performing tests and procedures (lens cleaning, focus checks).
• Label finished parts and transport to designated areas.
• Monitor operations for safety and quality; record errors and notify supervisor.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and tape measures for quality checks; perform basic maintenance.
• Assist with maintenance/repairs and support other operators as needed.
