Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC operating and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• LOTO, crane, and forklift certifications required.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines, setting up, programming, and running jobs safely.
• Load materials and maintain focal point, feed rate, power and other parameters.
• Maintain machine optics, perform tests, lens cleaning and replacements as needed.
• Label finished parts and deliver to designated areas.
• Record errors and communicate performance issues to supervisor.
• Use micrometers and calipers for part inspection.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA requirements.
