Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of CNC operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines and set up programs.
• Maintain focal point, feed rate, power, and other parameters for quality.
• Perform machine optics tests and maintenance (tape shots, lens cleaning).
• Label finished parts and deliver to designated areas.
• Monitor operations and report issues to supervisor.
• Use micrometers and calipers for inspection; de-burr and clean parts.
• Maintain safety, quality records and support maintenance.
