Job summary

EZARC in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking a CNC Laser Operator to run high-precision laser cutting systems and program jobs using CAD/CAM software. You will prepare DXF/DWG/NC1 files within Radan and load materials safely in a fast-paced shop.

You will perform routine maintenance, keep detailed records, and collaborate with the foreman and project manager to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires attention to detail, lifting 50+ lbs, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Read fabrication/part drawings and interpret measurements.
Careful attention to detail and quality assurance.
Able to lift and move 50+ pounds and stand 8–10+ hours.
Team member comfortable with cross-training.
Proficient with learning modern CAD/CAM software.
Experience nesting for CNC laser machines.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC laser table for quality production.
Program CNC using CAD/CAM software.
Import/edit DXF, DWG, NC1 files in Radan.
Load/unload raw materials safely.
Perform daily maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, calibration.
Maintain project activity records (lists, deadlines).
Collaborate with foreman and project manager to drive success.
Select/install cutting consumables; adjust machine settings; monitor cutting process.
