Job summary

UE Manufacturing is hiring a CNC Laser Operator in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves operating a CNC-laser (burn table), press brake, and tubing benders to cut, press, sculpt, and finish metal parts.

You will review CAD drawings, set up machines, perform test runs, and ensure quality by inspecting finished parts, while adhering to safety standards and providing training to new operators as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree in CNC programming, computer-related field, or mechanical field preferred.
• CNC certification from an accredited technical school preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of electronics, machine tools, and fabrication metal shop work required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC-laser/burn table to produce machined parts.
• Review 3D CAD blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job orders to understand specs.
• Load materials and parts onto machines and conduct test runs.
• Set machines for full cycles to fabricate large quantities of parts.
• Supervise machine operation and make adjustments for quality.
• Inspect finished products against requirements and document results.
• Maintain daily machine functionality and safety practices.
• Provide training to new operators as needed.
