HFO Trident, a Morris Group company, seeks a detail-oriented CNC Field Service Technician to service Haas machine tools across the New England region, including the Massachusetts and New Hampshire areas.

You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain CNC equipment, research issues with manuals and vendor resources, and provide after-sales technical support and training to customers. A strong mechanical/electrical background and ability to read schematics are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent customer service, technical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals and vendor resources.
• Document status of machine issues, repairs and installation with the office and customer.
