Morris Group, Inc. seeks a CNC Field Service Technician to travel within the New England territory, installing, diagnosing, and repairing machine tool equipment for customers. This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical repair skills and strong customer-facing abilities.

Candidates should demonstrate experience with Haas products, reading schematics, and providing after-sales support. The position offers competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic field service environment.

Formación

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of diesel engines and industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent customer service, technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the New England regional territory.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Use manuals and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Document status of repairs with office and customer.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines represented by the company.
• Perform related duties as required.
