Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a CNC Field Service Technician for the New England territory. This role involves traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls. The ideal candidate will possess at least an Associate's degree, have a strong background working with CNC controls, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications
2+ years as a CNC Field Service Technician or Engineer highly preferred.
3+ years of experience working with CNC controls.
Must provide basic hand tools for electrical/mechanical repair.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment.
Identify areas for performance improvement on equipment.
Effectively communicate machine issues and status to customers.
