Maverick Group US LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician to service CNC machinery. You will install, calibrate, maintain, and repair CNC systems at customer sites across the region, with minimal overnight travel.

You will work with Fanuc controls, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, document service activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field service including installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on CNC equipment within the local market.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, provide sales support and basic training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically, aligning actions with business standards.
• Own service cases and projects, maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation.
