Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of industrial machinery or CNC tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tools and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals and vendor resources.
• Document status of issues, repairs, and installations for office and customers.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool products represented by the company.
