Job summary

Gosiger in Kent, WA, is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools at customer sites and at our facilities.

You will document actions, train customers, and collaborate with internal teams; travel to customer sites, weekends/evenings possible, valid passport may be required. An associate degree or CNC certification is preferred, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree or certification in CNC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and professional conduct when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel and operate company or personal vehicle for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve problems on CNC machine tools at customer sites and in-house.
• Perform installation, maintenance and repair with high quality and on-time delivery.
• Document actions and findings accurately using service software, with reporting same day to 24 hours.
