Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a CNC Field Service Technician to support customers by maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools, ensuring peak performance across sites in the assigned region. You will travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment, performing preventive maintenance and reporting findings.

Ideal candidates possess 3+ years of hands-on CNC repair experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to interpret schematics.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Professional communication with customers and colleagues to relay status and recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across MN, WI, SD, ND to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify performance improvements.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Use manuals and vendor support to troubleshoot complex problems and document findings.
Communicate equipment status and recommendations clearly to customers.
Complete service and installation reports accurately and on time.
Maintain high professionalism and technical excellence with customers.
