Job summary

Htprof, in partnership with a leading CNC machine tool distributor, seeks a CNC Field Service Technician. You will travel to customer sites across the region to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and controls, ensuring peak performance.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on CNC experience, strong electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic knowledge, and the ability to read drawings. You will build relationships with customers and vendors, document service reports, and stay

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on CNC service experience.
Experience with rotating machinery, spindles, and precision bearings.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Proactive, detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify performance improvements.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Utilize manuals and vendor support to troubleshoot complex problems.
Communicate equipment status and recommendations to customers.
Complete service and installation reports accurately.
Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors and suppliers.
Stay updated on new technologies and product updates.
