The role installs, repairs, and maintains machine tool equipment and controls, traveling to customer sites and providing technical support to ensure high service quality. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, document work thoroughly, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years' experience with CNC machines/controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational and priority skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Perform improvements and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
• Provide tech support and training to customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components and resolve issues.
• Document service reports and installation reports for customers and office.
