Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support CNC machine tools with on-site maintenance, repair, and installation. You will diagnose issues remotely or on location and provide clear technical guidance to customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, can read mechanical drawings and PLC ladder diagrams, and communicates effectively to sustain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Experience with DMG MORI, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair, and installation on CNC machine tools on-site or via phone.
• Document technical information and generate service reports.
• Train and assist Customer’s Service Engineers on new product lines.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and communication.
• Address challenging customer situations promptly to improve service quality.
