ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide maintenance, repair, and installation support for CNC machine tools on-site or by telephone. You will create documentation and reports, train customers' service engineers, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machine tools.
Experience with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines and Fanuc/Mitsubishi/Siemens controls is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance, repair, and installation support for CNC machine tools on-site or by phone.
Create and update documentation and generate reports on service activities.
Assist and train Customer’s Service Engineers on newer product lines.
Maintain exemplary communication and customer service with clients.
Handle challenging customer situations positively and solicit feedback to improve service quality.
