Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience required.
• 5+ years of CNC machine tool maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of remote technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer sites.
• Perform machine leveling, geometry checks, and final adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
