Job summary

Jyoti CNC Automation is seeking a Field Service Engineer (USA) to install, commission, and maintain CNC machine tools at customer sites. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong technical expertise, and clear communication with customers to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

This field-heavy position involves travel across the region, performing alignments, diagnostics, and handover to customers, with attention to safety, documentation, and ongoing service improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–15 years of CNC machine installation and field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens) and servo drives.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC machines at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and CNC issues.
• Coordinate spare parts with the Warehouse & Central Repair Centre.
• Document service activities and maintain machine history.
• Train customers on operation and best practices.
• Maintain professional customer interactions.
