Base Salary: $90k plus paid overtime + 5% KPI performance

This is a hands-on, field-intensive role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, disciplined execution, and professional customer interaction.
Frequent exposure to manufacturing and machining environments with hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and automated/manual machinery.
Physical demands include extensive travel, standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, operating tools and equipment, and occasional on‑call or extended work hours.
