Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to support the Mississippi/Memphis markets. You will work on sophisticated CNC machinery, performing service, installations, and preventive maintenance while maintaining records and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes problem solving, effective communication, and ownership of service cases. A company vehicle, phone, and laptop are provided to enable focus on customer excellence and career growth.

Qualifications

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of the craft.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service day to day, including service, installations and/or preventive maintenance.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of people and represent Ellison Technologies professionally.
• Take ownership of service cases and maintain customer records and documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day field service. Including but not limited to: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.

Essential Duties Include

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
