Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. seeks a CNC Field Service Engineer to support customers in the local Memphis/Northern Mississippi region.

You will perform installations, preventive maintenance and on-site service for CNC machinery, with a focus on rapid issue resolution and customer satisfaction. You will be backed by a company vehicle or car allowance, a provided cell phone and laptop, and a streamlined expense process to keep you focused on keeping customers' equipment running and ensuring top-tier

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Ability to work with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Northern Mississippi /Memphis Market. Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day field service. Including but not limited to: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.

Essential Duties include:

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.


• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training


• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people


• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.


• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.


• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
