Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer to service CNC machining equipment across a locally defined territory in the Southern Ohio market. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and support a diverse client base, backed by a company that values its service technicians.

You’ll receive a car allowance or vehicle, plus a company phone and laptop, with fuel expenses covered and a fast reimbursement process.

Qualifications

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. Focus on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of the craft.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What makes this role interesting, is that you have the opportunity to be in different facilities with different projects and challenges each day. There is some travel required, however we expected to be in the local area with minimal nights away during the week; no weekends.

Responsible for day to day field service. Including but not limited to: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.

Essential Duties include:

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
