Heil Environmental in Fort Payne, AL is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to run fabrication equipment and ensure quality output. You will read part drawings, use measuring tools, and operate CNC controllers with data collection software to complete work orders.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, frequent standing, and routine PMs, with attention to safety and housekeeping in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to interpret general instructions and lists.
• Basic arithmetic understanding and measurement ability.
• Proficient with PC-based applications (Mainstar, Outlook, MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Operate fabrication equipment to produce parts (brakes, shear, MG plasma, laser).
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Read and interpret part drawings and use measuring tools.
• Utilize CNC controllers and complete work orders via Automated Data Collection software.
• Lift up to 40 lbs, with frequent repetition.
• Keep work area clean and perform daily PMs on machines.
