Job summary

Heil Environmental in Fort Payne, AL is seeking a Material Associate for the 2nd shift to unload trucks, check in materials against packing slips and move inventory to production areas. The role requires forklift operation, RFGen usage, and basic inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to read instructions. Safety shoes are required and PPE is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand general arithmetic; read and understand instructions.
• Ability to read and decipher packing slips.
• Proficiency with PC-based applications including Mainstar, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift operation and RFGen experience preferred or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and check in material against packing slips.
• Transfer material from Receiving to production areas using a forklift.
• Assist in inventory prep and participate in physical inventories.
• Move inventory using RFGen to maintain location and levels.
• Lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and follow safety protocols.
