Heil Environmental in Fort Payne, AL is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run CNC equipment and fabricate components. You will read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, efficient production line.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years in manufacturing or machining. Ability to follow instructions and use basic computer tools is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Min 2 years manufacturing, machining, mechanical, or related experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment and related machinery.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure correct parts.
• Use measuring tools to verify specifications and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow 5S practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with maintenance tasks.
