• Ability to read and interpret detail drawings and production orders.
• Strong mechanical background and practical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate job costs using bid specs, drawings, and data to prepare quotes.
• Prepare and send quote documents to customers and open new jobs for won quotes.
• Program CNC machines to optimize productivity and quality and monitor performance.
• Track job performance and deviations from quoted times and costs; identify improvement opportunities.
