Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to analyze customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes to develop accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills and a solid understanding of CNC machining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of estimating, manufacturing engineering or related experience in CNC machining.
• Experience in precision machining or gear manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFQs for completeness and technical requirements.
• Coordinate feasibility reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, tooling, subcontracted services, finishing, assembly, and packaging.
• Create accurate and competitive customer quotations.
