Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Department Lead to steer daily operations, improve quality and productivity, and mentor CNC staff. You will coordinate with engineers and production to resolve fabrication issues and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts.

Responsibilities include enforcing best practices, training operators, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. A High School Diploma is required, with a focus on manufacturing processes and CAD/CAM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing a manufacturing team
• Training and developing staff to meet quality standards
• Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication processes

Responsibilities

• Develops plans to meet department goals for quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Oversees CNC department staff and enforces best practices
• Identifies bottlenecks and training needs, provides on-the-floor training
• Ensures adherence to schedules and customer service requirements
• Works with QA to ensure products meet specifications
• Manages department priorities and conducts accident investigations
