Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a CNC Capital Equipment Sales Engineer to lead full-cycle sales in the Northern Ohio territory.

You will collaborate with internal support and suppliers to deliver manufacturing solutions for a diverse customer base including medical, aerospace, tooling, and automotive sectors. The role focuses on selling Tsugami, Index, WIA, Murata, YCM, and Makino machines and related EDMs, with travel across the territory and a strong emphasis on building long-term client

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales and CNC machine tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic technical capability and ability to learn product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
• Generate opportunities for quotation and provide ongoing support.
• Lead demonstrations and projects to ensure timely completion and resource prioritization.
• Prepare and present machine solutions for customer applications.
• Enter activity into Salesforce CRM.
