Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Sales Engineer to own the full sales cycle for the Northern Ohio territory, including Akron, OH.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver manufacturing solutions and schedule demonstrations to advance opportunities. You will build strong customer relationships, present tailored machine tool solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records to support revenue growth across Medical, Aerospace, Tool & Die, Mold, and other

Qualifications

• Experience driving full-cycle industrial machine tool sales.
• Strong technical background in CNC machines and tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and professional presentation skills.
• Industrial sales background is a plus.
• Basic technical capability to understand complex equipment and processes.
• Occasional overnight travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
• Generate opportunities for quotation by providing ongoing support and recommendations.
• Lead demonstrations and other customer events to prioritize resources.
• Prepare and present machine solutions for customer-specific applications.
• Enter activity into the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines.
