Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Sales Engineer for the Northern Ohio territory. You will manage full-cycle sales with customers and suppliers, presenting machine tool solutions from Tsugami to Makino and coordinating with internal teams to optimize projects and demonstrations.

The role requires strong sales passion, CNC technical knowledge, and excellent communication. Occasional travel is expected to cover the territory across manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for the sales process from discovery to closing.
• Strong technical background in tool, die and production machining using innovative CNC machines.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
• Industrial sales experience is a plus.
• Basic technical capability.
• Occasional overnight travel throughout the entire territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
• Generate opportunities for quotation by providing continuous support and recommendations to new and existing customers.
• Lead projects, demonstrations, and other customer related events to ensure timely completion and efficient prioritization of resources.
• Prepare and present machine solutions for customer specific applications
• Enter activity into the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
