Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a CNC Capital Equipment Sales Engineer to lead full-cycle sales in the Northern Ohio territory. You will coordinate with internal support and suppliers to deliver machining solutions, including CNC metal cutting machines and related automation.

You will develop relationships, generate quotes, lead demonstrations, and present machine solutions tailored to customer applications. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for the sales process from discovery to closing.
• Solid technical background in tool, die and production machining using CNC machines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in industrial sales is a plus.
• Basic technical capabilities to understand customer needs.
• Occasional overnight travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
• Generate quotes by providing continuous support and recommendations.
• Lead projects, demonstrations, and events to prioritize resources.
• Prepare and present machine solutions for customer applications.
• Enter activity into Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Develop deep knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines.
