Adecco Search in Northampton, PA is seeking an Experienced CNC Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity on 1st shift. The role entails programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and horizontal boring mills in a non-repetitive shop environment.

You will work 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with competitive pay of $62,400–$83,200 per year and strong benefits, including 100% employee medical coverage and a dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC Machinist experience.
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls.
• Strong G-code programming and editing skills.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Mastercam experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Horizontal Boring Mills.
• Prove out and debug CNC programs.
• Interpret, edit, and efficiently program G-code.
• Provide feedback to improve CNC programs and machining processes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout each project.
• Work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.

This is NOT a repetitive production environment.
